The Merch Holiday Party
Chapel Hill/Carrboro's coolest T-shirt screenprinting company has definitely got that Christmas spirit. Unlike most of the other holiday parties going on these days, The Merch Holiday Party is a completely public affair that openly welcomes you and yours. There will be free beer tomorrow night from the time the Cradle doors open (10pm) until whenever the keg runs dry. Cannonballz and I will make spirits bright with festive dance tunes. Kerbloki will bless us with another one of their block-rocking performances. And then my short-lived Cypress Hill cover band will sing "Lala la la lala la laaaaa..." one more time before blowing up in smoke. There will be some presents (free Merch t-shirts) to be had at some point during all of that, and best of all, there's no cover charge! Because as Toenes so kindly pointed out, it is the season of giving...
